Paul Carrière, founder of Emergence Coaching Canada, is a Certified Integral Coach (ICF) who provides strategic support to professionals experiencing significant management, career or employment issues. Fully bilingual, Paul is acknowledged as a coach who quickly identifies significant problems and who guides his clients to satisfactory personal and professional outcomes. The Integral Coaching methodology encompasses all dimensions of a person thus favouring sustainability of learnings and progress. He has worked with public and private sector professionals and managers for more than twenty years.

Expertise

Paul started his consulting firm in 1990 and has provided expert management and leadership training to mid-level public servants over the years. Paul has also helped hundreds of private and public sector individuals experiencing loss of employment as well as significant career issues. Prior to consulting, Paul was Manager of Training in health-care, university and public service environments. Paul always goes the extra mile to ensure his clients are satisfied with his services.

Personal

Paul is married to Colette and is the proud father of Christian and Marc. Paul and Colette practice QiGong and meditation on a regular basis and tremendously enjoy Frimousse, their miniature Schnauzer.
